Re instating my wordpress page

I have forgotten to re-subscribe for the annual plan and now I can’t login to my page. What do I need to do?

@ashleydehoogh010118 Hi there, There is an active site with a custom domain at ashley-carr.com but it doesn’t have any content. Is that the site you need assistance with?
Since the username account you are posting from is only a few hours old, is it possible that you need to be logged in with a different username account?

Unfortunately I can’t login to my old account since it has expired. It doesn’t recognise my login. Is that normal?

The accounts do not expire. I’m not sure what you mean by expire? Please try to reset the password on that account.
