re: lost user name and email

Hi I have a website cespak.com.pk and I am trying to login after a while.
The username I think I had used and also the email I think I had used is not working. How do I find out.
Also, on the day of installation, I got an email from wordpress that confirms the username is my email. I am really confused

Hi @ nabiljamshed, this is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through another host. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
