re-making deleted wordpress.com address

    Hi. I want to make a new site and I didn’t know I could add it to my current account. I created a new account with my other email address, and made a new wordpress.com site. I then realised I could still use my current account, so I deleted the new one and attempted to re-use the same wordpress.com site address. However, I think this address has now been frozen, even though the new account has been deleted, and I want to use that address. Please can you help me? Thank you

    Hi there!

    Yes, you can have multiple sites on one user account.

    To use the same website address you need to follow a few steps-

    First, we need to restore the other account that you deleted. Reply to the account closure email that you got on the email address associated with your other user account. Staff can restore the account and the associated website.

    Then, you can transfer the ownership of the website from the other account to your current account which you want to maintain. In this way, you can use the same website address on the @hyacinthsinaugust account.

    Note: It is possible to reverse an account closure for the first 30 days after an account is closed.
