Hello! There are a few ways you might be able to edit image width, depending on which image you are referring to in that case and I have some other information to share.
On an individual post, to change the width of an image that you added via an image block while editing the post, you can change the width like so: https://wordpress.com/support/change-the-width-of-a-block/
Your theme does use featured images, you can see how they can be used and how to add them to individual posts here: https://wordpress.com/support/featured-images/
In the case of your theme, it uses the Customizer, so the width of the featured images cannot be changed without custom CSS. I can’t provide specific CSS, but this guide has some options to consider when it comes to getting CSS set up: https://wordpress.com/support/editing-css/css-support/
