  I just realised I ordered the wrong domain name for my website. Is there any way I can change this or cancel it and have a refund please?

  You were able to cancel and refund safe-bird.com.

  The refund was sent on September 5, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
