  Need help changing my payment method for site

  Please have a Live Person email me iat (email visible only to moderators and staff) with instructions that I may use to put a New Credit Card on the account so that you may bill me as well. This get my site active and will keep active.

  Previous A.I. emails are not helpful and the computer has me in a loop.

  It appears there is no active subscription on your WordPress.com account, and I couldn’t find any WordPress.com account with (email visible only to moderators and staff). Could you tell us which subscription you’re trying to renew? If you’re referring to any domains/site, please share the link so that we can check and advise accordingly.
