Re new IP address

    Hi,

    I recently moved my site to canva and redirected the domain.

    The site didn’t function the way I wanted, so I disconnected and now everything is broke :(

    I spoke to 123 Reg and they said to get in touch with WP as I will need to renew my IP address so I can access my dashboard and reconnect the domain.

    But I keep getting this error when I try to log into my word press dashboard – This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in be-ethical.com.

    Hi there! You’ve landed on the support forums for websites that are hosted here on WordPress.com. The WordPress.com account you’re posting from (username: https://be-ethical.com) doesn’t appear to have any link to the domain; this is because be-ethical.com isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com. It looks like your domain has only ever been registered with 123 Reg Ltd.

    That would generally mean that it uses the free WordPress software from WordPress.org; I did have a quick look at our records to make sure and it doesn’t look like it has ever been hosted on our servers here at WordPress.com. Because of that, I did want to check if you were intending to post to the WordPress.org forums at this link just below?

    I’m unfortunately unable to check the problem, as your site isn’t hosted with us here on WordPress.com. What I might suggest is trying to log in to your dashboard using the typical login address for a WordPress site, which for your site would be:
    http://be-ethical.com/wp-login.php

    However if you would want us to have that sort of access, to provide daily backups, and our 24/7 support service (among other things), you could of course migrate over from your current host and use our Business plan! We have information about all that it offers here:
