Re-ordering header tabs & removing bottom widget

  Hello,

  the site I am currently working on is eptas.wordpress.com.

  I am trying to figure out how to re-order the tabs under the header image (Home, Contact, etc…) Right now they are in alphabetical order. Can I arrange them in a different manner?

  Also, I would like to remove the bottom widgets. It looks really odd and I can’t figure out how to get it out of there.

  Please help!!

  Those tabs are pages. You reorder them by changing the Page Order, which is down at the bottom of the Write Page screen.

  The theme you have chosen has bottom widgets. You *might* be able to hide that section with CSS, but having not worked on that theme before, I’m not sure. And I activated it on my test blog and see that you cannot change the bottom widgets – they are hard-coded into the theme. So if you don’t like them, you might want to just choose another theme.

  I played with it using Firebug – yes, the bottom area can be hidden.

  thanks Vivianpage…I fixed the page order.

  The problem with the new theme is that the person I am helping with this site wants a 1 column because they want only the information they have provided.

  I can’t edit the CSS because wordpress won’t let me do it!
