re-ordering posts

  I recently re-ordered my blog to read in chronological order. Somehow one posting got put out of order; https://chucksnuc.wordpress.com/2013/02/03/grateful-dead-to-cure-cancer/
  How do I slide it back to an earlier position?
  Also, I can increase the size of the first photos that are too small, on the single-page view. But on the complete blog view they are still small. How can I edit the photo sizes on the main blog page?
