Re-orient image aspect ratio
-
Someone else got my site going with the Hatch Theme and is no longer available to help. My question is; how, or can, I change the picture orientation from landscape to portrait on the opening page graphics?
Yes, I can reduce the image so that it fits, but since almost all of my photos are in the portrait aspect I’d rather not.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy again! Been a few weeks and I hope everything has been good.
The images on the home page were added via this page: https://mccoyspacescapes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1&action=edit
The two images that are landscape, for best results, should be modified in a photo editor (Photoshop, something along that line).
You can do some basic image editing by going to each item in the Media Library in your Dashboard. (Direct link to the two landscape images: https://mccoyspacescapes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=71&action=edit and https://mccoyspacescapes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=70&action=edit and then clicking “Edit Image” under the image.
This would allow you to rotate the image, but likely that’s not quite what you’re wanting.
In short, there is some you can do via WordPress, but likely modifying the original image in an image editor, then reuploading it would be for the best.
Hope you have a good weekend and cheers!
