  Hi there!

  I’m showing two purchases made under your account.

  The first charge was made on March 9th and you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you must check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.

  The second charge on March 9th was cancelled and refunded on March 10th. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account. You can contact your bank for an update on when that will be posted to your account.
