    I’m wondering if anyone knows of a plug in(s) that can do 2 things.

    1. I run a service where I take someones poor artwork and turn it in to a vector artwork. They upload their artwork, I then upload to their account the new artwork where they can download it. Does anyone know of a plug in for this?

    2. I want to manage my work with my staff. I want to be able to assign an order to a member of staff who can then produce the file. I want to be able to assign a time it should take for that staff member to produce that file and be able to see when their workload is full etc.

    Is there a known plug in for this?

    There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

    If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database.
