Re-point domain to Weebly

I have purchased my domain http://www.letsbuildghana.com from WordPress. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 199.34.228.74
This is done by changing my domain’s A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar. You can set your A records to point to Weebly following the instructions here:
Please note, your domain will still be registered with WordPress.com although it will be pointed elsewhere.

The problem is that I cannot find “Store” in the dashboard, so I cannot navigate to “Domains” in order to do the required changes.

Ah, so here is the issue. letsbuildghana.com is not registered through WordPress.com. This means that either you were mistaken in your recollection of purchasing it here, or you purchased it here and transferred it at some point in the past.
At the moment, according to WHOIS info, your domain registrar is listed as http://www.fastdomain.com:
http://who.is/whois/letsbuildghana.com
You will need to contact fastdomain to make this change.
