RE: Rafflecopter

I have a wordpress blog, and was confused about rafflecopter; can a wordpress.com blog contain a link to an outside rafflecopter feature on another website, or is this not allowed? Thank you for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have seen rafflecopter on WordPress>ORG sites.
Blogs hosted on WordPress.com cannot use Rafflecopter as it’s a Javscript widget and Javascript is stripped out by our software to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
Plugins are for WordPress.org installs only. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

Your hire a web host. http://wordpress.org/hosting/
You set up a WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/
You move your blog content into it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/P.S. Please remove the modlook tag as it’s a waste of Staff time to have them state what I already posted.

That is very helpful to know timethief. I didn’t create this thread so can’t remove the tags. I do get confused sometimes about wordpress.com and wordpress.org so its good to keep reading about the difference.

Those differences are summed up here > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ You’re welcome.
