    Why can’t I get a refund confirmation? I’ve tried several times to have the refund confirmation sent to my email, but it never comes. I’ve also searched my spam folder and still, it’s not there. Will you please help me?

    Hi there,

    I have just issued you a $30 refund for Custom Design. You can see the status of all of your upgrades by going to your Dashboard. Go to Store > Billing History and you will see the Custom Design upgrade with a -$30 beside it, showing that it has been refunded.

    Please allow a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
