  Hi
  I want to build a website that has a catalog of firearms. Not sell them but just a catalog with prices but cannot be added to cart.
  However, we will be selling online firearm parts and accessories. My store is legal and has papers. Are there any restrictions on this type of sale?

  I have my own payment gateway and wont be using your payment gateways. We also accept offline payments. Is this allowed here?

  Hi there:

  On WordPress.com, you would not be able to host your store here as “Firearms or other weaponry, including parts, accessories, and ammunition” is one of our prohibited products:

  You may be able to use the WordPress and WooCommerce software on the hosting provider of your choice, but you would need to check the host’s own policies for what types of websites they’ll allow.

  So if my hosting provider allows it, i can still use woocommerce,yes?

  The key to using WooCommerce for this is more about finding a payment gateway that will allow you to sell firearms. For example, WooCommerce’s WooPayments, and Stripe do not allow it, which is one of the primary payment gateways for WooCommerce. You will need to find a payment service provider that allows it in addition to your hosting provider.
