RE: Resume Submissions & Job Posting Widget/Plugin?

I REALLY need to find a way of getting a Resume Submissions & Job Postings plugin and/or widget to display on my page (www.a2zglobalstaffing.com). I built the page for my boss ad assured them that the transition over from Godaddy.com would be a wise decision on his part. So far so good. Except not being able to figure out how to create a page where out candidates can submit their resumes to us through the page. I am not super tech savvy, despite having built our site myself using a modified theme which was available to me through WordPress. I have been trying to figure this out for days, and was reading that the plugin for that particular widget is not available to me because WordPress.com was apparently designed to be very useful without needing the plugins. While I agree that the sire has been leaps and bounds better than Godaddy, not being able to create this one piece of it will undoubtedly result in them switching back to our previous site, and me losing all the time and effort I put into what it currently is. If you are able to help me, I would GREATLY appreciate it. You would be our hero here. I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi there!

You are correct; WordPress.com users cannot use plugins as explained here:

    Plugins

Currently, it doesn’t look like it is possible to have a form on the site where users can submit attachments. The best they could do would be to submit a link in the contact form to where they’ve uploaded the file (to a Dropbox or CloudUp link for example). Alternatively, you would need to specify an email address where the visitor could email the attachment.

Would either of those options work?
