Re-routing between posts possible?

  Since i always got some visitors from another blogging-platform to two specific posts which i did in the past, i am wondering if it is possible to re-route those vistors instantly to more recently updated content without posting a link in the two old posts? Someone got an idea?

  No. That is not possible on wordpress.com. Posting a link in the old post or updating the old post itself is the only option.
