When I get this message ‘Re-send your activation email or change the email address on your account’, I have yet to receive it. I have tried numerous times to no avail.
Can you please verify my email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)…
As well, it is not in my spam.

There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account. The blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account
*If and when you change it an activation email will be sent to the email address entered there.
