Hello,
I’ve applied for a year of basic membership but I believe the receipt and details were sent to an incorrect email address. Can you kindly help me. I noticed this after I purchased it that one letter was off in my email.

While you wait for a staff member to respond, I noticed you mentioned “basic membership”. I’m wondering if by “basic” you meant the lowest plan, or a plan that’s actually named “Basic”.
WordPress.com doesn’t have any such plan, but GoDaddy’s WordPress hosting does.
What’s more, the free domain you mentioned you got as part of the purchase has GoDaddy as the registrar, and not WordPress.com.
These leave me wondering if you actually made the purchase from WordPress.com, or was it rather GoDaddy.com?
Let’s hope a support staff will look into this for you soon.

Receipts are sent to the email address on file for the WordPress.com account at the time the purchase is made. We cannot resend the receipt to a different address, but you can view and print out the receipts for any past purchases in your account from the billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
However, the
noriaandcoaccount you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us. If you bought an upgrade on WordPress.com, you bought it while logged into another account, and you’ll need to log into that account again to manage your upgrades.The domain, noriaandco.com, is not registered with WordPress.com. That domain is registered, and currently hosted, with GoDaddy.com, so you need to contact them for help with anything regarding that domain.
