Re-size header image for other screens

    How do I get the header of my WordPress.com blog, “Netting it Out”, to resize automatically for whatever screen it is being viewed on? ( I swear that it used to do this, and I could view my blog on my mobile just fine.) If I look at my blog on my handheld now, I see “TTING IT OUT”. Thanks much.
