Re-start old blog

I would like to start my old blog again, its still going, i can’t get in to dasboard because i can’t remember my email, username or anything.
Is it possible to get in.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What are the username accounts involved here?
Which one registered which blog?You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Thanks TT, i tried all the links and they don’t help because i need proof that i own it.
The last one won’t work because my email is the same as the blog email. -

That’s the one I filled in but I don’t have proof of ownership they ask for in the four questions.
