Re-subscribe payment receipt not received?

Did not receive receipt for recent upgrade-resubscribe payment.Thought I’d receive it by email (did not) and also thought it would show up on Billing History (it doesn’t). The Domains and Upgrades are correctly dated (with new expiry date). so is this just because Support is down?
Should I check somewhere else? Or maybe make a formal request for a receipt?
Instructions did suggest retaining the receipt (which I’d normally do anyway… ).
So, would like to have one. Thanks for any ideas!Thanks!

Hi there,
Only the WordPress.com user who owns the domain upgrade will receive a renewal receipt and see the receipt in their billing history. Since your account myersandmyers doesn’t own the domain upgrade, that account won’t have a receipt for the payment.
You can see which account owns the domain upgrade on your site’s My Upgrades page here:

Under the domain name, you’ll see “Purchased by” along with the upgrade owner’s name. Only that account will receive the receipt when the upgrade is renewed.

Thanks, Rachel! Much appreciated. I checked everywhere I’m aware of, under both our names, before, so just checked again. It’s neither under Settings (Billing History), nor on Store (Billing History).
As I said, the expiry date does reflect the payment, so we know it’s fine. But the Billing History doesn’t show the payment. It would just be nice to have something official. Thanks for whatever you can suggest.
Last Billing History listed (where I could View or Print) is 2013.

To clarify – and thanks again, Rachel! – I administer the martinmyerswrites site for my dad. We are a WP clan! :-)
I paid for the first upgrade in 2012. He paid in 2013. I paid this year.
The receipt could go to either of us. No preference. I guess my point is just that it shows as an extended subscription (so no real worries), but there is no evidence of actually having paid, under either Billing History area, no matter which of us signs in. Just figured that might be an anomaly or an oversight or… something! Thanks for anything you recommend. We are delighted to have your help.

Sorry about that! I thought I saw the receipt listed in your account, but it was last year’s receipt. It looks like this is indeed an anomaly of some sort — I’m checking with our team now about it. I’ll let you know as soon as I get this sorted out for you!
