    Hi, I have two questions.

    1. I would like to transfer my domain from Namecheap to WordPress. What would be the domain renewal cost when it becomes due?

    2. I would like to build a website using the premium plan which is currently $96. I was unable to find information concerning the renewal cost.

    Hi there:

    With any new plan purchase for a site, you’ll receive a domain credit which you can use to transfer a domain to us for free. Upon a completed domain transfer, the domain is automatically renewed for another year. You would pay to renew the domain for subsequent renewals through WordPress.com and the pricing is dependent on your domain TLD. You can see a list of the different domain TLD costs here:

    Regarding the Premium plan, the renewal cost would be $96 per year plus the fee for renewing your domain when it’s due for renewal.
