  Can I confirm if my website ends with .com.sg, I can transfer the domain to WordPress and it is able to host the site?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hey @warrenyap, you won’t be able to transfer your domain here. The list of extensions that can be transferred can be found at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/

  However, it is not mandatory to have hosting and domain in the same place. You can host your website here using your domain. You will need to map your current domain but you should be in the Pro plan. The steps to connect an existing domain can found at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  I would prefer to have host and domain within the same site. So what you are saying is, even under Pro plan, I cannot transfer my .com.sg domain over? TIA.

  Unfortunately, you won’t be able to transfer your .com.sg domain at wordpress.com.

  You can host your domain with WordPress.com via the domain connection upgrade. But you won’t be able to transfer your domain registration to us, as we’re not an accredited domain provider for .com.sg domains.
