  I set up my account and signed in. There is a message to sayI need to click the link in the e-mail sent to my account. I did but it is still asking me to click the link. Is there another link or did it drop off the e-mail?

  Can you try copying and pasting the link in your browser’s address bar? Some email clients will inadvertently break the link.
