  Be sure to check out the section, Eligibility. You’ll see there that a site generally needs thousands of pageviews each month to earn meaningful revenue.

  However, any site with a Premium plan or higher is automatically approved for the WordAds program: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  We are not able to state specific qualifications, but if you feel your site earns enough pageviews each month to earn meaningful revenue, you can apply for WordAds here: https://wordads.co/signup/

  You will be contacted as soon as your site reaches the minimum qualifications.

  Thanks, @justjennifer – we’ll be sure to monitor that on our end as well. I remember t took a while for me not to get caught in the spam filter too but eventually worked itself out. :)
