How do we add more topics & links to other pages in the custo menu?

We have several pages that we’re working on as Drafts.
We followed the instructions step by step for adding the custom menu. Everything went okay, except when we view our pages, they do not show the correct menu items. We tried several times.
Please Help in Detail

If you use one of the themes that support Custom Menus feature, you can add any links to the main navigation bar.
To find out which theme supports that functionality, please check out:

Drafts won’t show up on the blog. You must change the pages from draft to published in order to see them appear.
