RE: WordPress not updating order and payment information

    Hi There,

    The orders on my WordPress site is not updating, yet the email is sent to me and the payment goes through my payment gateway. The company doing my payments have checked everything on their side, the ITN is being sent and the information is being sent to WordPress but its just sitting there.

    It may be due to compatibility of the plugin with the latest update of the site but my payment gateway provider cannot access their plugin on WordPress.

    Please do help me, at the moment there is no notification badge on my WordPress site when there is an order, and I have to manually change the status of my orders. As an interim solution, I have changed my inventory stock hold to blank so that it doesn’t cancel my order, because that is what was happening.

    For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    It sounds like you might be using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider instead. In that case, it would be best to contact support for your payment gateway plugin, or if the fault is not with that plugin, support for your ecommerce plugin instead.

Otherwise you can find the forums for the free version of WooCommerce at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
