  Hi, would just like to check if my account has incurred any charges in the past year. I did not sign up for anything as far as I can recall, which is reflected when I check under my ‘Manage Purchases’ tab.

  However, I received an email regarding the renewal of a subscription, so I wanted to double check on this issue.

  Hi there,

  The dartslivepublication account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from WordPress.com, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could charge.

  Our logs don’t show any recent renewal reminder emails being sent to the email address on file for this account either, so if you received such an email it might be for a different account associated with a different email address. But unless you’re able to provide more information that will help me find the other account I’m unable to tell you if there might be any pending renewals in another account of yours.
