My WordPress website (hiwamedia.com) is down. I built a new one on WordPress in 2015/2016 to replace my older one made on CPanel 24/Hosting (made in 2012). I need the 2015 /2016 up and running as there will be traffic heading that way that I am missing out on it for my business. I am no website expert at all so talking jargon doesn’t help. I need someone to assist with getting it back up and running. I’m looking at leaving WordPress as a customer because of this situation. Having a human talk me through the steps is what is needed as I’m not au fait with how WordPress works. ‘Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope.’

hiwamedia.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by HostBee (rather than WordPress.com). There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
The site isn’t connected to your WordPress.com account in any way and because it isn’t hosted on our servers, we are unable to troubleshoot why the site has been unavailable. You will need to contact HostBee for more information about that.
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but there is a support forum dedicated to self hosted sites:
If HostBee are unable to find any issues on their side, you could post to those forums.
