  Hi, i want to add a txt file into my wordpress website root directory. but i am not getting any idea from where we can change or add this file in root directory through ftp login. i am using filezilla for login to the site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have WordPressdotcom account, we do not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPressdotcom blogs for security reasons. You can follow this link to get more idea on uploading images and documents here but if you are using self hosted WordPress from WordPressdotorg then please submit your enquire to WordPress.org forum for assistance.
