  We have followed the guide several times with the same result.

  One of the items is the Comparison Chart in our Media Library.

  Please explain in detail what we’re not doing correctly, as we have other pictures to post.

  One of the pictures is the Comparison Chart in our Media Library. You can see on our draft where we’ve tried to post the picture and it keeps linking to another page which is what we don’t want. Please advise in detail what we need to do, as we have several pictures & videos to post before we go live with our site.

  There is no content in your Draft, so I can’t say what’s wrong.

  Also, “Comparison Chart” is in your media library as an XLSX and PDF. Neither of these is an image file and will only appear as a download link when inserted.
