"Reached Upload Limit" but nothing there

I’m importing my Tumblr account, and today I got an email that I’d filled up my storage space and couldn’t import any more attachments. But I’ve got no posts, no attachments, and the Tumblr import still says zero posts.

I’m seeing content on the site now and the message you are seeing is correct — the media library contains 3GB worth of files:

As @justjennifer mentioned, you will need to purchase a paid plan if you want to import more media. More posts will copy over without an upgraded plan but no more media.
It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed and I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.
If it seems to take a long time, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.
If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated. If you need more media to import, I recommend upgrading plans before trying again.
