  How can I reach a WordPress support person by email?

  Most questions can be answered on the community support forums or, if you have a paid upgrade, via email or chat.

  Please explain what the problem is, and either myself (a volunteer) or an employee can help you or direct you to the right place. An employee may also decide to contact you via email afterwards.
