Reaching WordPress Customer Service

Does anyone know how to actually reach customer service? I have some time sensitive questions (including ‘returning’ a domain I purchased and don’t want. They allow 48 hours to do this but it can’t be done without contacting customer service, and they don’t respond). The 48 hours is almost gone. (I’ve tried to contact their ‘happiness engineers’ and also used the customer support box to send a note, which they acknowledge receiving, but they don’t answer my question.) TIA
