  Hello, people reading my blog told me when they want to comment, they have to log in at wordpress or some other stuff. Is there a way in which they can react immediately?

  Click on My Site. Settings. Discussion. I’m sure it depends which boxes you have ticked there.

  Is this box ticked ? “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
