  I understand that http://www.howardgardensocialcentre.org website was set up through WordPress however the trustees of the charity has changed and we would like to reactive it. Please can you advise how we go about it?

  I have checked your site and it looks like your site is hosted with third party Registrar. Here in this forum we only provide support for site’s that are hosted in WordPress.com only. If your site is hosted somewhere else please create a ticket here in https://wordpress.org/support/ and get help there.

  Thank you. Have checked the support function and cannot find how to raise a ticket, which is what I originally wanted to do

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.org forums cannot help with that issue. This is a hosting issue and you need to reach out to the company where the site was hosted.

  I used a DNS history tool (https://completedns.com/dns-history/) to find more info on the hosting provider you used. So, it’s either JustHost, PorkBun, or something else.

  So, you need to reach out to those hosts and see if they can help you restore the site.

  Looks like your website is hosted with porkbun.com. You may want to check with them on your account details.
