Reactivate and Redirect a Blog Site (purevolutionenterprise)

I created purevolutionenterprise.wordpress.com in the past under account [email removed]. The blog was deleted from the account, but still exists.
I would like to add it to another account [email removed].
Is this possible and how can I go about doing it?

I checked out these options and am still having some trouble.
I think it is because, although the blog exists, I removed it from the dashboard of the account that I registered the blog under in the first place.
In other words, currently, the blog is not attached to any dashboards… is there a way to link it back up so I can then make the transfer? -

Hmm that helps. It is likely [email removed]. I reset it and got in but the blog isn’t attached to the dashboard. I’m curious, how did you know the blog is registered to another account?

I deleted the blog from whatever account I registered it with. I mostly want to free up the URL. Is this possible? -
I’m sorry, that’s not the correct e-mail address. The blog owner has been changed about 275 days ago.
With any blog, you can also use your custom domain with Domain Mapping upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

Yes that’s the one, do you still have access to that account? if so follow these instructions to move the blog to a different account.
