reactivate blog address?

  Is there a way to release a deactivated address if one can show that it originally belonged to them? The one I deactivated way back when is “salvonoodle.wordpress.com”… I’ve since created “cksalvo.wordpress.com” and paid to upgrade the sight to allow for “salvonoodle.com”… it would be great if I could align “salvonoodle.wordpress.com” w/ “salvonoodle.com”… possible?

  I’m sorry, but deleted blogs cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a blog is permanent and the name cannot be used again. There are several warnings about this on the Tools -> Delete Site page and in the help pages, and you are required to confirm the deletion by email. http://support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
