Reactivate deleted blog by the same person

  I have previously deleted my “giagiaduck.wordpress.com” blog and would now want to reactivate it. Any help on how to do this?
  It appears in my settings page, but still I cannot access or use it.

  giagiaduck.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.

  I’m sorry but the answer is that deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. Confirm by reading:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
