  How do I create a new blog with an inactive domain I already own?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Kevin,

  You can create a new site by going to https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/ and adding a new blog.

  If your domain is registered with us, I can help you map it to your new site.

  If your domain is registered elsewhere, you can add Domain Mapping to your new WordPress.com site to connect it with your custom domain name.

  I have created a new blog (kevinmasoncity.wordpress.com), but would like to use a domain I have previously registered. Currently my primary blog (highmotorhustle.com) uses both the highmotorhustle.com and upperplainsobserver.org domains. I am hoping to use the UPO domain on my new blog, and since I have paid for both addresses I don’t believe that should be problematic. I have attempted to map the UPO domain to my new blog, but receive a message that says it is already registered to another blog.

  Kevin,

  No problem! I transferred your domain upperplainsobserver.org to kevinmasoncity.wordpress.com.

  Your domain and mapping still have an expiration date of January 28, 2015.
