  Hi wampykitty,

  two-passports.com expired on 12th September 2018. This domain can no longer be renewed through your account so I will need to contact our domain registrar and make a request for it to be restored.

  It’s worth noting that if the domain enters the redemption period between now and then, an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain.

  I’ve sent a payment request for the domain to the email address on your Account Settings page and will contact our registrar once the payment comes through.

  @wampykitty since you bought a plan recently, I just sent an invoice for the redemption fee. We can use the plan for the domain renewal credit if you’d like. If that wasn’t your intent, let us know.

  Also, please update us here as soon as the fee is paid. You’re about 55 days into the redemption process, and the domain can go up for auction soon, so you’ll want to take care of that as soon as possible.

  Hi Karen,

  It looks like your domain is not in redemption yet, so please ignore the payment request emails you’ve received for now. The domain’s renewal is covered by the plan you bought, so I’ve emailed our domain provider to try and recover your domain.

  If they reply that the domain has indeed gone into redemption I’ll let you know, but for now we might be able to get it back without you having to pay anything extra.

  Good news! We were able to get back your domain without the need to pay for redemption. I did need to adjust the expiration date on your plan to ensure it will renew before the domain expires next year, but aside from that everything should be working as normal now.
