Hi, in may-14-2015, I’ve paid US99 for reactivate my blog ludimello.com, but until now nothing was done!! Why??? Could I have my blog again, or could you return my money, please???? Thanks a lot.

The domain ludimello.com is not currently registered through us. It looks like the domain expired and was subsequently lost in a domain auction and now is registered by someone else and pointing to a different hosting provider. This is now out of our hands and we cannot recover the domain at this time.
The domain blogdoludimello.com has also expired and is currently in the redemption period. We can try to recover the domain for you now, but it will cost you the original registration fee plus $80 for the late fees due to its redemption status. If you wish to try to recover this domain, please let me know immediately. Alternately you are welcome to use the underlying WordPress.com address ludimello.wordpress.com free of charge.
The Premium upgrade you purchased, while it provides additional functionality for your site, will not assist in recovering either of these domains. I’d be happy to refund it if you do not wish to use it.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

I understood the problem with the domain ludimello.com. That’s ok.
But what I can’t understand is the reason I’ve paid US99, if I can’t continue writing my blog!
How can use ludimello.wordpress.com to continue writing my blog.
It seems that my posts are still there, but I can’t write new one.

I’ve removed the domain mapping for your expired domain blogdoludimello.com and set things up so your site will work again at http://ludimello.wordpress.com. That means you can use your Premium upgrade and access the site there. If you wish, you can register a new custom domain with that upgrade.

You can change the settings for your entire blog, which will affect future posts, in your Dashboard under Settings > Discussion.
You can also modify individual posts to display comments.
