Reactivate old website

I’m trying to locate my website that went offline in August 2019. I’m sure I developed my website with you in 2016. Can you help locate http://www.mintcleaningsydney.com.au
godaddy hosted the site and unfortunately they cant help till I reactivate my website.

Hi there,
If GoDaddy hosted the site, you did not develop it with us. WordPress.com is a hosting provider, like GoDaddy, and you can’t have a site hosted with two different providers at the same time. The domain, mintcleaningsydney.com.au, has never been connected to any site or account on WordPress.com.
You used the open source WordPress software to build your site at GoDaddy. That software is made by the community on WordPress.org, and is not the same thing as the hosting provider, WordPress.com.
The only people who are able to help you with this is GoDaddy, despite what they’re apparently telling you. Your site’s files were, and possibly still are, hosted on their servers, and your domain still is registered with and pointed to them. No one else has access to your sites servers, the files on those servers, or your domain. GoDaddy controls all of those.
The community on WordPress.org can help you with issues specific to the WordPress software in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
, but they have no access to your site’s content or your hosting account with GoDaddy.
