  I do not see any sites (nor or in the past) under your @drarpitajain WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are wanting to reactivate?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Thanks a ton for replying back

  My URL was drarpitajain.com
  The blog page was called Dr Arpita’s Skin Diary.

  I used it till mid 2016, but then couldn’t follow up due to personal reasons.
  I am keen to restart writing and I don’t want to lose my few articles, which I had posted in the past.
  Looking forward for your help

  Your domain wasn’t registered through us, so there’s nothing we can do.

  Furthermore, that domain is now registered by someone else and you cannot get it back.
