  My daughter has passed away and I am trying to maintain her thepetitebijou.com website. For some reason I can not log in despite the fact that I have the password. Please help poor mother to maintain what is left from her daughter. Thank you. Best,

  That site was not hosted with WordPress.com; instead, it was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
