  I shut down my website and now I want to reactive I made a backup on my drive storage and it said wait 24 hours I haven’t heard anything back

  Are you asking about an import that has not yet completed? I think that may be the case. Sometimes the importer gets stuck. This thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  The import process failed. I’ve reset the import tool for you.

  Please try it out again and let me know if it gets stuck again so I can check the file for errors.
