Reactivating a blog

  I used to have a blog at tillforpie.wordpress.com but I deleted it. I don’t need to restore the deleted content or anything but I’d like to recreate the blog using that name but when I do it says that it’s already in use. Help appreciated, thanks.

  Sorry, no you cannot. There are clear warnings when deleting a site here during the process and also in the confirmation email that this is permanent and the URL cannot be used again.

  Delete a Website

  You can perhaps get a variation on the original name.

  If you go here, http://tillforpie.wordpress.com/ , it says, “The authors have deleted this blog.”
