Reactivating a wordpress website

  I recently had a wordpress website that went offline in August 2020. I let it lapse due to the business closing down. Now I am starting a similar business and I can use the wordpress website and tweak it to my new business. Problem is my web developer never backed up the site and I didn’t know how to archive it in the admin site. What are my options?

  You would need to talk to your former webhost and see if they kept a copy. Where was the site hosted?

  Thanks Rootjosh, Since posting this to the forum I have been in touch with my former webhost and thankfully he does have a copy. Crisis averted :)
